PROMOTE YOUR COMMUNITY GROUP OR NON-PROFIT WHILE RAISING FUNDS FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION. TEACHERS, PTOS, COACHES, SPORTS TEAMS, SCHOOL CLUBS HERE IS A GREAT WAY TO RAISE MONEY. START THE SCHOOL YEAR OFF WITH AN EASY FUNDRAISER FOR CLASSROOM SUPPLIES, TRIPS, COMPETITIONS, UNIFORMS AND MUCH MORE. 50% OF TICKET SALES FOR YOUR GAME OR ACTIVITY GOES RIGHT BACK TO YOU!
You will be responsible for providing a game appropriate for children aged 5 and older.(Something as simple as soda bottle bowling or a bean bag toss would be perfect.) We will mark off a 10’ x 10‘ Space for your game booth. You must bring your own necessities: tent, table, chairs etc. A sign with the name of your organization, name of your game, and quantity of tickets to play should be clearly displayed at your booth.
One ticket = $1, earning $0.50 for your organization for each ticket played.
WESTFEST Staff will be responsible for selling tickets. Price will be $1 per ticket. Guests will visit your booth and pay you in Tickets only (no cash should be accepted). At the end of the event, WESTFEST Staff will collect your tickets and calculate your earnings. WESTFEST will then donate 50% the value of your earned tickets back to your organization or to a charity of your choice.
