Family Fun Festival
Saturday September 20th 2025
12:00-4:00pm
PROMOTE YOUR COMMUNITY GROUP OR NON-PROFIT WHILE RAISING FUNDS FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION. TEACHERS, PTOS, COACHES, SPORTS TEAMS, SCHOOL CLUBS HERE IS A GREAT WAY TO RAISE MONEY. START THE SCHOOL YEAR OFF WITH AN EASY FUNDRAISER FOR CLASSROOM SUPPLIES, TRIPS, COMPETITIONS, UNIFORMS AND MUCH MORE.
NEW THIS YEAR!! WE WILL NO LONGER BE COLLECTING TICKETS FOR GAMES ALL CHILDREN WITH A WRIST BAND CAN PARTICIPATE. AS PART OF THE FUNFEST IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RAISE MONEY FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION YOU NEED TO PROVIDE A RAFFLE BASKET OF ANY VALUE. WEF WILL GIVE YOU 50% OF WHAT YOUR BASKET RAISES. ALSO NEW THIS YEAR YOU CAN SELL MERCHANDISE OR ANY OTHER FUNDRAISING SWAG AT YOUR BOOTH.
GAMES
You will be responsible for providing a game appropriate for children aged 5 and older.(Something as simple as soda bottle bowling or a bean bag toss would be perfect.) We will mark off a 10’ x 10‘ Space for your game booth. You must bring your own necessities: tent, table, chairs etc. A sign with the name of your organization, name of your game should be clearly displayed at your booth.
Only children with wristbands can participate in your game.
PRIZES
While it is not required, we strongly encourage you to hand out prizes. Even a small sticker or stamp for participation. If you’d like suggestions for small, inexpensive prizes, we are happy to provide you with ideas and sources. Please be diligent of possible allergy issues

NEW FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES
OPTIONAL RAFFLE and SALES
Fundraising opportunities have changed for this year. If you would like to raise money at WESTDEST each organization has the option to donate a raffle basket.
Contents are your choice (no alcohol) This is a great opportunity to share merch and other swag from your organization, tickets to an event, themed based on your mission…there is no value requirement. From our raffle experience some sought after baskets can raise $100-$400 and we will give you 50% of what your basket raises. You can encourage members of your organization to pull together and donate the basket.
We are also allowing all organizations to sell merchandise or other items to fundraise. If you are selling food it must be prepackaged.
